Write an iPhone application for Simple Photo App

Contest Brief
I would like an app to be made that is very similar to Tumblr but i don't want there to be any members users, login, nothing like. Only accessible by myself (admin) to put photos up. Does not need any menu bars, no buttons, only a main home page and that is like instagrams news feed and all it is, is photos uploaded by me. Like a blog. Who can make this for me and launch it on the app store.
