My focus is not simply on building individual products, but on identifying the underlying system: what should be built, what should not, which capabilities can be reused, how components should interact, and how an idea can become a commercially viable solution. I develop independent technology concepts and MVPs outside the conventional VC-backed startup model. This has shaped a capital-efficient approach based on disciplined scope, rapid validation, reusable architecture and practical implementation. My work spans digital services, human-machine interaction, physical-digital systems and adaptive system concepts. Current and previous projects include parameter-driven digital services, reusable interface concepts and novel hardware interaction models. I am particularly interested in assignments where the initial assumptions are not treated as fixed requirements. I prefer to examine them, challenge them where necessary, and develop a reasoned architecture and implementation strategy from the actual problem. My published work is publicly traceable through Zenodo and ORCID, while selected technical concepts have been formally documented through the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office (SZTNH). less -
