My work centres on building and managing knowledge ecosystems—from developing strategies and systems that improve access to information, to ensuring that institutional knowledge is organised, preserved, and available for decision-making. I bring experience in curating both physical and digital collections, establishing metadata and information standards, and supporting users to easily discover and apply relevant knowledge. With a background spanning library services, records and archives management, and knowledge management, I take a lifecycle approach to information—ensuring it is created, managed, preserved, and shared in ways that maximise its long-term value.
