Most of my work falls into three buckets: taking a SaaS product from Software Architecture through to production on AWS (React, Angular, Vue.js or Next.js up front, Node.js, Python, PHP or Java behind the REST API, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, MariaDB or SQL Server underneath), wiring together the Cloud Computing and DevOps layer (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, Nginx, Apache, DNS, SSL, cPanel, Web Hosting, Virtualization), and then hardening everything with Cloud Security and Performance Tuning so it doesn't fall over at 2am. Where I add the most value is in Infrastructure Architecture and Systems Engineering decisions early on — Database Design, API Development contracts, security and observability before they become expensive. I've done this for e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) to ERP rollouts (Zoho, ERPNext, PowerApps) to enterprise governance and workflow systems (Spring Boot, BPMN, Microsoft Graph, n8n, ProcessMaker, Joget, Flowable, role-based access, audit trails) to custom Data Analytics pipelines, Excel reporting and BI dashboards. More recently I've been doing AI Development work — integrating LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Typescript-based tooling into real workflows. Not the hype kind, but practical automation that saves time. I write Shell and Python scripts the way some people write emails: constantly. If something can be automated, it probably should be.
