My approach is simple: I go into a company, analyze its data, understand how its business works, and identify bottlenecks together. Then I build a clean, structured dataset, apply AI models to that data, and propose intelligent automations or integrations that improve operations and reduce costs. In other words, I use the company’s own data to reveal what the business can’t currently see — unlocking new levels of efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
