I am using VisualStudio 2022. I am sending text messages in an android cell phone application. I am doing this in C# with using ; ([cellNumber], null, [text], null, null) This works successfully. I now need to send a image attachment along with the text. This makes it MMS, not just SMS. I can provide the image as 1. stream 2. write it to disk and provide it as a path, 3. provide it as a URL. How is this done? I do not want to use a third party service, like Twilio. Twilio charges $0.02/image. If I can do this directly, the carrier (in my case TMobile) there is no charge for sending text and sending with image attachment.
