Code for arduino needed. I want to the machine to run until ice is ready to drop into container in short. What I want to do is use a sensor (it's just 2 copper pieces like screws) to connect to each other as soon as the ice is thick enough that completes connection to initiate the drop cycle. (contact with ice on sensor should be for 20 seconds incase false reading) After that it should activate a relay that controls the ice drop until it's finished. After ice dropped the sensor disconnects and relay switches off.

Halloween project - have two 12v dc motors and a full H-bridge with PWM and current sensing. Need a program to turn each of the motors in the same direction for ~30 seconds and then each to turn in the reverse direction for ~30 secs. I think this is fairly easy to program but the delay command does not (in my hands) allow both sides of the H-bridge to function in unison. Thinking that millis(s) programming is needed. We have some pcb water heater controllers we wish to QC test. We want to build a rig that can run through a standard set of inputs repeatedly to simulate actual usage much faster than happens in normal operation. There is a document attached with more detail. I need help to be able to switch the ports as needed ( I typically read form the huslylens port and later write to the MicroSDcard). I have a huskylens device connected to the Arduino pins 0/1 for serial communication. I also added a MicroSDcard in the ICSP pins of the Arduino board to write / store data. I am able to to this in a loop fashion (see attached code). but when I want to listen to the huskylens and write information from that to the MicroSDcard , I fail. The project is for a Elegoo Smartcar 4.0. I am attaching the shields , a few relevant programs (optional to review).
For this project an Arduino programm is needed which measures the frequency of a speed sensor is measured and forwarded until a certain frequency. For a higher frequency manipulated values must be given to output. The pcb design that i made has an small error and i need someone to help me figure out the issue. Its a combination of Arduino Nano MCP328P + MCP2515 CANBUS board but in a smaller size with lots of extra arduino nano stuff removed as i will not be needing it. MCP328P chip and FDTI chip do communicate with PC and all digital/analog in/outs work quite well so no issues there, however the MCP2515 part is not able to receive nor send CANBUS messages so i am guessing within this simple pcb design i made an error that i cannot figure what is.
We need a php AMI logger which inserts the records in the database. the PHP script shall run forever and insert every 10 seconds the result of the AMI query into the MySQL table. We will install the PHP script as a cronjob. In the attachments you can see which events we need.
I have written some code in Arduino IDE for the Arduino Nano. I have 3 inputs and 4 outputs. The code I have written works fine, however, I need the motors to ramp up to the desired speed set by the potentiometer when the pedal is pressed and ramp down to a stop when the pedal is released. The ramp time of the motors needs to be a variable I can adjust. All other functions I have in the code need to work as they currently do but with the ramp up/down ability for the motors.
