Hello all! I am in need of a talented freelancer to help me with a spectacular balloon decoration for a birthday party. The theme for the decoration is 'Neon' and I need 300 balloons designed to fit the theme. The desired look is colorful and vibrant; incorporating the colors of neon lights.
I am looking for someone to convert my PDF design into a Cdr file in order to print it into a walking inflatable balloon. I will provide the Cdr files for logos that will be used, but the body of the design needs to be recreated exactly within the Cdr file and the logos have to be perfectly placed as how in my drawn design. Yes, I do have the PDF file of the design and the size of the walking inflatable balloon I am looking to create is 7ft to 8ft. However, when we are going out to recover the balloon payload I would like to use Lora to get GPS data directly to make the recovery.
