Need a Bloomreach developer. Bloomreach / Hippo is a headless CMS that in order to make it really hum, one needs a familiarity with Java and decent front end skills as well. How comfortable are you in Java? Do you have experience with basic web technologies like HTML and CSS? Do you have experience with templating languages like Freemarker or similar?
