Hi Taras, this is a new assignment. A customer has a head chute, they want to line the back wall and side walls with our WP3 and CDC rails (see blue in reference doc), however rather than seeing a layout they want the rails welded to a carrying plate about the area size highlighted in blue. They will drop the back wall plate in weld it in place and then put a left and right plate in (with rails premounted) and weld this in.

Looking for designer and engineer to help build a model and specifications for a small, portable, continuous feed concrete mixer. This uses a small hopper that bagged concrete is placed in, an auger pushes the concrete out a chute while water is mixed via nozzles. There is a control system to control amount of water and speed of discharge. The goal would be to make it durable, but as light as possible. For example, using an hdpe heavy-duty hopper instead of a steel hopper. Somewhat similar designs, that I am looking to improve on, would be the Boomtown Mixer or the Mud Mixer. These products are heavy to ship and overly expensive making them cost prohibitive. My goal would be to produce something under $750 production cost.

Hi there. I want to animate an image. The most important element is the conveyor belt(s) - there's a CSS style conveyor belt on the page I made. I also want to animate the red arrows to show the products, logo and data dropping down from the chute and landing on the conveyor belt, then the items move to the right, through the center and come out as the SuperSites Devices on the other side. I am looking to have planer dust chute designed so I can have it 3D printed locally. I have completed most of the design myself in Sketchup but there is one curve that I have not completed yet (lack of skill) and am seeking someone to finish the design and make and changes necessary so it will fit and perform the job intended. In the attached file there are 2 drawings, one has the curve drawn as a series of lines only to represent what I need it to look like. The other is a copy, and where I need to curve to be. This project is to design a chute/track for dish soap caps to transport them from a sorting bowl (top of the machine) to the area where they are screwed onto the bottles (middle of the machine). The simplest way to think of this is like a water slide for caps. The track is to be 3D printed, and as a result will need to be broken up into sections no longer the 9”. Holes in the ends of each section will be joined with dowels and set screws for assembly (1/4”). I am helping my Dropzone put together a spreadsheet so they can keep count how many times a student rig or tandem rig has been jumped. This is important so they can keep an eye on lines and canopies etc for wear and tear. I've put together a spreadsheet that uses a macro to automatically tally the rig and harness and associated items such as lines and pilot chute each time the rig has been jumped. I am a mechanical engineer, I need good Solidworks design for hydraulic cattle squeeze chute for cows. The design should be simple and easy to manufacturing.

I have a basic conveyor and chute design, and I need some adjustments made. The conveyor currently throws material into the chute at a velocity that causes the wear plates in the chute to wear away too quickly. I need some basic concept designs done where a “jump” pulley is installed several metres before the chute head in order to throw the material off the belt early. This will reduce the velocity of the material as it enters the chute. You will need to assess the structure, provide basic sketches/ drawings and ideally use some of the design data I have to calculate the optimum requirements.

...Normally I would visit the customer and film the video but we have a tight budget. I used 2 Canon 800D cameras and then a separate chest mic for the audio recording. The shoot would require the person to interview the customer about his ranching operation, how he found our products, why he likes it and so on (we would provide a list of questions), footage of working with the product in his cattle chute area and then some more b-roll from around his property. I am developing a new concept of dozer trap and have the thing substantially modelled. Initial purpose is for a 'sales quality' model, much of which should be usable for project delivery. After many frustrating experiences on Fiverr I am trying out a 'package' here. This is a splash guard dressed up as a chute.
