Because everything is entered manually, accuracy is more important than speed: each field has to match the scan exactly, follow the column order I supply, and respect the simple drop-down validations already built into the sheet. Once the file is complete, run a quick spell-check and verify any numerical columns with the SUM I include at the bottom—no formulas or macros beyond that are required.
