...know that this kind of work is tough and tedious, I hope that whoever you are reading this enjoys this monstrosity of a video I made enough to work with me again on future projects. I suck at editing, which is why I'm outsourcing here. I only have 70 bucks to spend on this, so please do what you feel that ammount is worth. I’ve already published the video to YouTube but in it's raw form, it's slow burn/low stim content. Hoping to find someone who can take the atmosphere of the video and use it to make a few punchy shorts that kick in right from the jump. There is a lot of dead-space in the video, so I could really use your help in any way you think would totally kick ass. I figure anywhere from 15-60 second shorts? Here’s what I’m after: • A straightforward plan that translates our current foot traffic and online inquiries into steady, higher-value sales. • Actionable promotion ideas tailored to furniture—seasonal bundles, limited-time offers, or digital campaigns that actually convert. • A quick audit of our in-store layout and product displays to make sure best-sellers get prime visibility and slow movers either improve or clear out. • Simple metrics dashboards (Excel or Google Sheets are fine) so I can track daily revenue, conversion rate, and inventory turns without extra admin overhead. We are a local veteran-owned, fully insured unarmed security provider operating in the Monadnock region.” Reason for calling: “Many facility managers between Keene and the surrounding region are frustrated with large national security companies that charge premium rates but provide unreliable guards and slow corporate support.” Value proposition: “We specialize in local access control, commercial logistics yards, and asset protection. Since our ownership team is based in Keene, we can respond quickly to guard callouts and manage service locally.” Appointment request: “Our owner is conducting site walkthroughs this week. My first priority is uncovering any security vulnerabilities or hidden backdoors, so you will need to comb through the entire stack—server-side, client-side, build scripts, and deployment configs—looking for risky patterns, outdated dependencies, or suspicious commits. Once the security sweep is complete, I also want your eye on execution speed. Any hotspots that slow response times, blocking calls, or inefficient algorithms should be flagged with clear, actionable fixes. You are welcome to profile locally or spin up a test environment; I’ll provide repo access and a clean VM image so you can reproduce the build. Your task is to open each file, capture key details (exact file name, format, dimensions, colour profile, version notes) and enter them into the master Google Sheet / Excel template I provide. Accuracy is essential—spelling errors or mis-typed numbers slow the whole studio down—so I’ll be running spot checks as we go. Deliverables • Completed asset-register spreadsheet covering roughly 1,200 entries • Duplicates removed, missing or corrupted files clearly flagged • Work handed back by the deadline we agree, error-free on random audits I’ll supply clear instructions, quick feedback and promp...
My WordPress site on SiteGround ran smoothly until the SEO-optimization plugin began triggering slow load times and occasional crashes. I need an experienced WordPress technician to investigate the root cause, then advise whether repairing the current plugin or swapping it for a more stable alternative makes the most sense. What I expect: • A quick diagnostic session to pinpoint why the SEO plugin is misbehaving and how it is impacting performance. • Clear guidance on repair vs replace, with pros, cons, and any licence or data-migration considerations. • Implementation of the chosen fix, followed by testing to confirm page-speed and stability are back to normal. • A concise summary of the steps you took so I can reference it later. Looking ahead, I&rs...
I’m ro...build on both an Android and an iOS device you own, then walk through the full experience while we watch and discuss over a scheduled video call (Zoom or Google Meet, whichever you like). During the session we will: • review the user interface for visual or layout issues on each platform • exercise every primary function, flagging bugs or confusing flows • note any performance hiccups such as slow loads or crashes Afterwards, please send a concise report (screenshots, short clips, and step-by-step notes) summarizing what you observed, grouped by UI, functionality, and performance. The entire engagement should take roughly 60–90 minutes online, plus a little time on your own to compile the report. If everything aligns, I’m open to ...

Example of the Content For example, we have a Reel series called: “Why Is My Laptop Slow?” One episode explains how to use Task Manager to identify whether CPU, RAM or Disk usage is causing a performance issue. The editor would receive: - Talking-head footage - Screen recordings - The script/audio - Any required brand assets The job would be to turn that into a Reel where the viewer can understand the problem quickly and stay engaged until the end. I’m arranging a two-hour meeting with the trustee of a life-insurance policy in which my children and I are named beneficiaries. The trustee has been slow and unco-operative, so I need a solicitor who specialises in trust and estate law to sit beside me, advise in real time, and speak up where necessary. Ideally, the solicitor should be based in England, but I am open to video-based assistance if necessary. Your brief is straightforward: safeguard our position, press for a fair and timely payout, and tackle any legal disputes or grey areas the trustee tries to raise. I will send you the policy documents, trust deed, and all prior correspondence in advance so you can arrive fully prepared. Deliverables • Quick pre-meeting phone call to outline strategy •...
I need a fresh set of expert eyes to comb through my application’s interface with one clear mission: identify every functional bug that a real user could stumble across. Your job is to move through each screen, button, form, and workflow exactly as an end-user would, documenting anything that does not behave as expected. The focus is strictly on functionality. Performance slow-downs and security concerns are outside the scope for now; what matters is whether each visible control responds correctly and consistently, and whether the overall user journey is free of dead ends, broken links, misleading labels, or crashes. To keep our collaboration efficient, here is what I expect you to hand over at the end of testing: • A concise bug report (spreadsheet or issue-tracker e...
...that you may perceive may help me) and I’d like someone to help me promote it if possible as I don’t have a media presence at all and I don’t want it to fall of deaf ears. Is this doable please? The backing track is a commercial one and I have written permission from the composer to use it in this way which can prove. But since ‘time is of the essence’ and since I can’t allow complications to slow this process down I see that it is sensible not to upload my video to YouTube for its checks publicly at first, but to do so ‘behind the scenes’ and to then only proceed publicly once that process hasn’t flagged up any bans etc. I am not technologically minded and I need someone who understands that aspect to put it all togeth...
...final piece should run 20–30 minutes and feel like a nonstop reel of the best moments—think rapid jump-cuts, slick transitions, punchy text or meme callouts where they add energy, and a soundtrack that matches the action without drowning out key in-game audio. Your edit should: • Showcase only the most exciting plays, clutch moments, funny fails, and big reactions • Maintain a quick rhythm—no slow sections or filler commentary • Balance game sound, music, and occasional on-screen captions so everything is clear and engaging • Finish in a ready-to-upload 1080p (or higher) file with clean thumbnails, intro/outro stings, and chapter markers if possible When you reach out, highlight your relevant experience on similar fast-paced highlight...

Ocean Friends Baby Sensory Video Hello I am looking for a 2D animator/motion designer to create a 10-minute black-and-white baby sensory video aimed at babies approximately 0–3 months. The theme is Ocean Friends, featuring whales, fish, jellyfish, bubbles and gentle waves. The animation should use clear high-contrast silhouettes, simple shapes and smooth, slow movement, while still feeling playful and engaging rather than static. The attached brief includes the full storyboard, visual direction and animation requirements. The video will consist of approximately ten 1-minute animated sequences, plus a separate opening and closing clip. Music should be light, curious and gently upbeat rather than sleepy, with suitable royalty free music included. Your fixed price must incl...

During that three-hour window you will: • answer incoming calls and place quick outbound callbacks when required, • reply to customer emails in a friendly, concise tone, and • keep our live-chat widget active so no visitor waits more than a minute. A rock-solid, high-speed internet connection is essential—dropped calls or slow chat responses won’t work for us. I currently forward calls through a VoIP line. Please be punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable switching between phone, email, and chat channels seamlessly. A short end-of-shift summary (call log, resolved tickets, anything pending) will wrap up each day so I can pick up where you leave off. Outbound sales is...

...issue: noticeable performance degradation that shows up as slow internet speed for all users. Basic resets and router reboots have not helped, so I suspect something deeper (mis-configured switch, bandwidth hog, firmware bug, or similar). Here’s what I need from you: • Remote or on-site diagnostics using your preferred tools (Wireshark, NetFlow analyzers, SNMP monitoring, etc.) • Actionable remediation—configuration tweaks, hardware recommendations, or software updates—implemented and tested while you’re on the call. • A brief hand-over report summarising findings, steps taken, and any preventive advice. Success is simple: once you’re done, typical download and browsing speeds return to the normal baseline, with no recurring s...
I’m commissioning an original dark-romance novella, no more than 10,000 words. The central thread must be a bitter, slow-burn story of revenge that keeps readers unsettled yet emotionally hooked. You’re free to choose the exact setting—contemporary, historical, or paranormal—so long as the tone stays moody and the moral lines blur in genuine, believable ways. I care most about: • A gripping opening that plunges readers straight into the lovers’ twisted stakes • Complex, morally gray protagonists whose motives make the revenge angle feel inevitable • Taut pacing (little filler, strong scene-to-scene tension) • Natural, evocative dialogue and a payoff that lingers after the final page Deliverable: a polished manuscript in D...

I need a series of short-form video reels that spotlight our modern necklace line with a distinctly luxurious look and feel. Think silky slow-motion close-ups, rich colour grading, and seamless transitions that let each piece sparkle without clutter or distraction. These clips will live primarily on Instagram and TikTok, so they must be delivered in a 1080 × 1920 vertical format, ready for immediate upload. Scope of work • Concept: Propose a concise visual storyboard for each reel that emphasises elegance—black or neutral backdrops, soft yet dramatic lighting, and subtle motion graphics are welcome. • Filming (or high-end 3D/product mock-ups if you prefer): Focus exclusively on necklaces; bracelets and rings are not part of this brief. • Post-produc...
I have twelve humanoid prefabs in my Unity project (scene c1.9) that I need turned into fully-featured zombies with varied behaviour and polish worthy of a commercial release. Core behaviour & AI • Each zombie must wander, detect, chase and attack the player. I want a mix of slow shufflers and fast aggressors so crowds never move in perfect sync. • One of the prefabs has wings and must function as a boss with its own locomotion logic, attack pattern and a unique, more menacing scream. • Sight / detection range, plus an Inspector toggle to globally enable or disable screams, need to be exposed as public variables. Combat & damage • Zombies take damage from the knife, axe and gun already present in the scene. Head-shots should apply a configurable...
An existing Excel workbook is starting to slow down reporting because the raw data was compiled from multiple sources. The file now needs a proper clean-up and a consistent structure so I can use formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards without fighting errors. Here’s the scope in plain terms: the entire sheet must be reviewed, obvious problems removed, and every column normalised to the same format. That includes spotting anything that stops sorting, filtering, or lookup functions from working smoothly—mis-typed values, stray spaces, mis-aligned dates, hidden characters, or anything else you notice while you work. If a lightweight VBA routine or Power Query step will save time, feel free to use it; the final file just has to open in standard Excel without external depe...
I need a ready-to-deploy, white-label sports-exchange and live-casino site that can mirror the smooth user flow of Satyam77 while carrying my own branding from day one. Core scope • Sports book must open with Cricket, Football and Tennis pre-loaded, plus the usual “777” style games and any other popular markets your engine already supports. • A live-casino lobby should sit beside the exchange; I am happy to use the third-party aggregators you already have in place as long as the games load seamlessly inside the same wallet. ...flawless navigation, and a checkout that moves shoppers through with zero friction. Core tasks include: • Remove all leftover template data and repair any hidden errors. • Re-design the theme for a luxury aesthetic—polished typography, refined colour palette, high-resolution imagery, and lightweight animations that do not slow the site. • Optimise performance (Core Web Vitals, caching, minification, image compression, CDN configuration) to eliminate the current slow loading times. • Re-structure product pages, menus, collections and search so customers reach the right scent in as few clicks as possible. • Streamline cart and checkout, enabling express payment options and clear trust signals. • Implement on-page SEO basics: hea...
I need a Chrome extension that will automatically scroll through any webpage, wait for lazy-loaded content to appear, and then grab every image that matches user-defined criteria rather than everything on the page. The criteria will be configurable (for example minimum width/height, file-name pattern, or URL substring) so the user can fine-tune what gets saved. Once the scan is complete, the extension should download the selected images in a single click. Key points you’ll be tackling: • Auto-scrolling logic that stops only when the end of the page is reached or no new images are detected. • A filter panel where the user can set those “specific criteria”. • Support for all common web image formats—JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG and anything el...
...a health-focused practice with a steady pipeline of original articles, short videos, and branded images. I need a dependable virtual assistant to keep these assets flowing through our X (formerly Twitter) feed—one post every single day. Here’s how I see the workflow: • Each Friday I’ll drop the coming week’s content into a shared Google Drive. • By Monday, the entire seven-day queue must be loaded into Buffer (or the scheduler you prefer) with captions, hashtags, and correct media formatting. • You’ll log everything in our tracker so we never repeat or miss a post and can quickly spot gaps. Right now the job is X only; if things go smoothly I may add Facebook, so any experience there is a welcome bonus—but growth-hacking...

The lock can only open when the true gates of all 5 levers align in a perfect straight line. • Trap Notch (Detent Latch): A special catching notch. When Key 1, 2, 3, or 4 lifts its respective lever and is then removed, a spring-loaded detent pin catches this trap notch. This keeps that specific lever permanently trapped in the open/aligned position instead of dropping back down. 3. The edit must spotlight high-tech industrial environments—think power plants, expansive HVAC plants and modern manufacturing floors—while weaving in brief supporting shots of our technicians in today’s safety gear interacting with tablets, SCADA stations or similar digital tools. Camera moves should feel steady and purposeful (slow pans, cranes, or drone passes), and transitions need to be seamless so the loop is imperceptible. While you move through the steps, test in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, noting anything that feels confusing, broken, inaccurate, or slow. A deep QA background isn’t required; even limited past testing experience is fine as long as you’re detail-oriented and comfortable calling out problems instead of working around them.
