We have a script which converts an ArcGIS LYRX document into Geo Styler format. We then use geostyler plugin to load our style into openlayers. Our script was programmed to collect the data from .lyrx documents and convert them. The script worked great without any issues when loading directly from the document. We recently changed our app to load the lyrx data from our database. In this process we simply removed line returns and saved the data into the database. We then changed the function to accept a string from the database rather then read from the file. Once we did this it broke our labels and crashes our application. We have an app developed in vue.js and Ionic with a OpenLayers map. We have a script that converts esri style to geostyler then to OpenLayers style. The script worked good when we were reading files with fetch. However we have now moved all our styles into a database. The application is a dumbed down version of our current application using OpenLayers, Framework, vue.js This is a small gig to make sure you know what you are doing.
