To controll the machine, we use an electronic panel (named HMI Human-Machine-Intarface). It is a touch screen when there are some buttons, icons and other painted devices to control the machine. The screen is very small (7 inchs) 800x480 I already made buttons and other from myself but i'm not expert and the result is not very good. We are re-designing one of our portable gas analyser and are in need of a programmer. The instrument should be based on a Mikromedia board from Mikroelektronika and the code should be written preferably in MikroPascal Pro. If Pascal is not possible then in MikroC Pro. Hi, I have arduino uno+Nextion HMI , i want to controll oven temperature with nextion GUI, in the past i use PID temperature controller.
I have an application that requires controlling multiple outputs individually, with the ability to schedule each one with different durations of time in the on state, as well as when. The outputs will run in batches, and as each one completes its' cycle, another one will turn on until all have cycled. Variables and states of the outputs will be via an hmi. Need the ability to add additional outputs with a minimal amount of work, and to monitor a few inputs that will affect the functionality of the outputs as well.

Take a look to my attached file: there is 3 rolls: 1 - unwinder rolls...speed and torque decided by plc S7 1215 It's a classic situation of pulling tape with the couple unwinder+pulling rolls+winder, the tape is made with sponge coupled with abrasive paper. The control is by PLC S7 1215 and HMI panel KTP700 I don't need a complete programming of cutter machine but i always need the part that control the tension of tape. I have developed a HMI energy management project. It uses VB. I want to rewrite it in C++. I have just started learning C+. First I need help installing libraries for modbus and Simple Service Discovery Protocal using UDP for communicating with Ethernet devices. Once installed, I need assistance in developing the code. I expect it will take about 40 hours to do this. I would like to work in one hour blocks. Perhaps one to two hour per week. This will give me time to assimilate the new coding.

We're collecting daily error history data from Omron HMI screen, and the error description with date, need to be imported to Excel to manually make a histogram chart later. Need to add few steps in to existing ladder program of the Omron PLC to export error description and date to .txt, or excel file to the PC, or usb stick.

dI have a machine connected as picture. I need codes(ladder part) for micrologix 1400 (allenbradly) to read barcode readers connected to its ch2(serial port) and need to develop/modify (code) for AdvancedHMI(free to pc baced hmi codes) to read two plcs and also directly conected barcode reader data and store in a data base. data base should have provition to add products with name , barcode no, and spec. data bashe should holds data for each hour pased packet data from each barcode reader all codes should handed over as i need to develop futher more from there. as this is a part of a project and going to outsouce to exipidate the work. hence need to be at marginal cost but no need to restrict the budget indicated.

I need this silo to be shown on a html page with 2 boxes showing the flow rate (which will render on top of the image). I have shown some other examples of HMI screens but not on html page.
