Saber cual es el problema que tengo con mi IIS (equipo windows 10, maquina local, visual studio 2022 community, Net Framework 8.0.3), dado que no he podido hacer funcionar un proyecto demasiado básico, es el que se genera como ejemplo cuando seleccionas este tipo de proyectos. Lo hago funcionar sin problemas con el debuger desde el IDE del VS, pero si lo compilo y lo publico en mi IIS local, es cuando vienen los detalles. No me reconoce la aplicación WebApi que estoy deployando localmente.
