Needs: 1) You use your domain/ Email Server/ Email Address 2) I give 50000-200,000 email addresses and content (what to send to all - no need of design) with subject. 3) No end date.. You will send 3000 minimum per day. I lost recently $4 or more when I awarded and freelancer could not do it. Your open rate/ Inbox rate vs. spamming will be important..
