Looking for a GIS consultant that works with QGIS and LiDAR that can prepare a specific GIS map from the State of Tennessee open source GIS database for end use in a AutoCAD design. I need a GIS map prepared for Jefferson county Tennessee from the free and open source State of Tennessee GIS databases. The GIS map to be prepared should include the following GIS data layers: 2 foot elevation contours, roads, waterways, property owner property lines, buildings, and aerials all of which are available on the Tennessee government website. This data is to be compiled into a single GIS map with those data layers and converted into a dxf file for use in AutoCAD.

Hi, I am looking for a programmer that can reach the goal of having a MySQL server collect GPS points and distributing those points to clients. Which then perform certain funcitons on those points. ( No internet or DNS available.) Let me shetch a senario. The Helicopter is flying in a remote area and needs to immobilize animals for research. But the ground team needs to get to all of them without the guidance of the helicopter. So the Operator in the Helicopter sits with a small PC which is buildin and taps on the screen to mark the GPS coords of the animal while he is hovering over it, that was collected via a USB GPS dongle. (The data now sits in the helicopter PC on a SQL DB.) This data is now availble to the multiple recovery teams on the ground through a LORA network. Read care...
In this study, the relationship between rainfall and runoff is examined according to, digital elevations data, soil and land use maps. In this study, the applicability of the rainfall-runoff process on the Juba river Watershed is investigated. For the applicability of the method, Arc-GIS, HEC-HMS, and its geographical extension HEC-GeoHMS programs are inspected in a holistic sense. For this purpose, firstly, the physical characteristics of the basin (i.e. topography, land use, land cover, hydrological soil groups) are compiled in the Geographical Information System environment. Then, parameters related to the physical properties of the land are processed via HEC-GeoHMS, and finally, continuos rainfall-runoff simulations are estimated by the HEC-HMS.
