I'd like to have a script (Powershell preferably) that once a particular file is updated (let's say PID A) it will continually poll the system resources (CPU, MEM, Disk) for the next 30 mins. Once completed, it will aggregate that data and compare it to the same resource utilization for the hour prior to PID A being updated. It will then provide a snapshot of that data side by side along with any anomalistic behavior (i.e. CPU utilization 20% greater following update of PID A). This does not need to be aesthetically pleasing, just something that is simple and works. Thanks!
