Also to replicate the QuoteValet template onto a PDF version of the Quote. The ideal candidate should have experience in both QuoteWerks and QuoteValet and be able to customize templates to match our branding. The main tasks involved in this project include editing and formatting quotes, customizing templates, and ensuring a seamless transition from QuoteValet to PDF. I own an IT services business and we use QuoteWerks for preparing quotes & proposals. We have someone helping us part-time in this area currently and our volume is a bit too much for her to handle single-handedly. She is working remotely from Chicago and we're in the Charlotte NC area. We also need some help in customizing our quote termplates and streamlining the quoting process. I've been in business since 2002. We're a small company with 10 employees.
We need to setup a server and network system for our business. We will need to use Quickbooks in the office and remotely,. we also need to use Quotewerks locally and remotely, and we have a custom designed program on MS Access that we'd like to use locally and remotely. Both the Quotewerks and the custom program use SQL Server, so we will need that setup. We will also need MS Exchange for company email and shared calendars. Would it be more cost effective to setup virtualization or use a physical server with a VPN network to get remote access? Let me know your ideas.

We will not be getting rid of quickbooks but do want a FileMaker solution that can get rid of the other two pieces of software and then integrate with quickbooks for invoicing. Our needs are as follows. 1 - basic contact management (names, addresses, emails etc.) 2 - Create orders for jobs - our jobs have two parts - first we buy the product from a vendor then sell it to our customer.
