I'm in need of someone who can create permanent, menus in both Microsoft Excel and OneNote - For Excel: The permanent drop-down menu should consist of various colors, always displayed on the screen ,that I don't have to click to open. - For OneNote: The permanent drop-down menu should consist of an array of tags, always displayed on the screen, that I don't have to click to open.
