I hope to create a new charts that is not limited by time, and use the number of point (input variable) as the interval. For example, if I set the interval as 5 point, it should create a new bar every 5 points achieved. However, I hope it can be shown on the multicharts and write it by easylanguage

Hi, I see that you have experience working with Tradestation. I am looking for someone to write a VBA program that would be located in an Excel spreadsheet and would extract historical price data for Monthly, Weekly, Daily and a number of minute timeframes (60, 15, 5, etc.) into the same spreadsheet with one press of a button. The number of stock symbols on my list that I will need data for will between 800 and 2500. My budget is $50 to $200. Would you be able to code what I have in mind? Please ignore the $10 budget, I just put that in there because I don't know if sending this message represents some sort of commitment on my part. I want to automate some of my Amibroker signals for automated trading through Interactive Brokers. Is this something you can handle? I'm looking to have someone write an open-source indicator I can load into RadarScreen that would send a snapshot of what the radar screen displays into a my excel file or a csv file every single minute on the minute. Is that something you’d be able to do, and if so, how much would you charge?
