I need to create a football ranking calculator based on "Sauceda Rating System". It needs to be a stand alone application either in VB, Java, C, Delphi or .NET so i can install it on different computers. The preferred database to use is MS Access, so i can avoid to install other DBs. I have a sample explanation of the application taken from a teaching class exercise in a Java Course.
