Server set cron job send email jobs

When ordering a product, the checkout process works. Theres a LIVE API KEY with STRIPE. Payments are given successfully and then website shows "505 server error" in URL "[login to view URL]" STRIPE successfully charges the payment, however there is no system email of "order confirmation" or system recording the "order" purchased. Please help me fix it.
