We have a publicly traded OTC listed Pink Sheet .0001 which is current but we need to file 10K, S-1, and work on the reverse split then capitalize, raise funds. First goal is to refile the current financials and disclosures w/ OTC to complete and consolidate. There were no revenue on this current co, we have one Subsidiary we own 72%.
