to get information related to design and produce the Main Stand of the Client and the Look and Feel of the Client Pavilion at the exhibition that will be held in Qatar National Convention Centre in March 2018. The Main Stand must have the following topics: Area: around max 600 sq. m. (around 23 m x 26 m main entrance on the longer side – the floor plan is flexible and customizable upon the contractor proposals). Structure: double decker (partial area). The Stand Design and Look and feel should reflect somehow the logo of the company and the structure of the Umm Salal Mohammed Fort Towers, a watchtower structure. Spaces/Services – Ground floor: • Reception Desks • Display area (items to be confirmed) • Lounge/cafeteria/coffee area – open to guests • Majlis area • Network area for around 8 to 10 tables for B2B with reception desk for booking • Big display area for vehicle • 2 small meeting rooms separated with controlled access and small storage Spaces/Services – First floor (access to the first floor should be easy but controlled: • Common area with seats (similar to majlis – formal) view over the exhibition and pavilion • Board meeting room Controlled screens are requested in each room and in each area - AV system requested with technicians available during all the period. Taking into consideration the stand orientation and flow of visitors in accordance to the Venue Entrance • Platform with proper lighting to showcase a vehicle (8 m long x 3 m width x 3 m high) should be placed on the back (opposite side of the main entrance of the stand Look and Feel of the Pavilion and Floor plan Based on the stand design and the Logo we request to create a concept for the Pavilion identifying elements that will be reflected in a short guideline that will be shared with the pavilion participants together with the Exhibitors Manual received from the Organizer. These elements should allow to create an overall family feeling inside the Pavilion, without interfering with each company corporate brand guidelines and, obviously, aligned with the Organizer guidelines. The look and feel has to be reflected also in some physical decorative elements that will be built around the area to better identify the pavilion, including suggesting a specific carpet color. The supplier has to release the floor plan of the Pavilion: an average of 3.000 – 4.000 sq. m. with around 15 – 20 exhibitors with different stand designs and different sizes and manage it in coop with the Organizer. Each exhibitor will design and build its own stand based on the instruction given and based on the space allocated in the floor plan.

Car Dealers The home page will have another button for dealer's to create an account, or log in to an existing account to see current bids in progress. To create an account for dealers we will collect the dealership name, address, contact person, phone, and email. A dealers account however will not be setup immediately like a buyers. After they submit their information we will reach out to them directly by phone to verify the information then we will set up the account on our end. Bidding: Buyers After buyers create an account, and begin a bidding war they will be asked how they plan to purchase. (cash,finance, lease.) For now under the lease button it will just say coming soon, I won't know how to effectively implement that feature until later on so don't worry about it for now. The only difference between cash, and finance is that finance offers will include payment estimates. Also for finance the buyer will have the option to upload their credit score. That will be done using optical character recognition, and I'm having a separate company build that feature. When a buyers sees the offers (for cash, finance, and lease.) the only information about the dealer they will be able to see is the dealers rating, and a vague distance range ie: less than 50 miles away or more than 50 miles away etc. Also there will be a messaging system so the dealers can ask the buyers questions. However the only way the buyers can answer is by selecting "yes" or "no". Dealers After the dealers accounts are created that will be able to search for active bidding wars of their Dealership brand. Meaning Toyota dealers can only see Toyota auctions, Ford can only see Ford etc. They will be able to search by distance, and by model. Similar to what the buyers can see, besides what the buyers wants (Make, Model, Options etc.). Dealers will only be able to see a buyers a rating, as well as the same distance range, and the buyers credit rating if applicable. They won't see the exact score like we see, however what they see will only say Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor, or Very Poor. In addition the dealers will also be able to see what other dealers are offering, as well as that dealers rating but nothing else. As stated before the dealers will be able to ask buyers questions, but there will be a note next to the messaging box that buyers are only able to respond with yes or no so they must word questions accordingly. (Did a member of your current household graduate college in the last 4 years?..etc) Buyers will be able to decide if they want the Bidding war to last for Three days or Five, however a buyer can accept an offer at anytime before that if they choose. Once the buyer accepts an offer all of the losing dealers will be notified that bidding has stopped, and another offer has been accepted. The dealer that won the war/auction will be notified, then given the opportunity to purchase the buyers contact information so that they may consummate the deal. If for whatever reason the dealer does not purchase the contact information within 72 hours the buyer will be asked if they want to re open bidding or accept another offer.
