Project Description

Please read all the requirements before bidding:
I need someone to finish designing my website [url removed, login to view] I will provide color combo and any initial guidelines. I also need somebody that knows ASP and Access Database to finish building applications for the backend.
Description of website:
This will be a mortgage website. Consumers will search mortgage rates that are posted by mortgage brokers /companies that pay a monthly subscription to have their mortgage rates posted on the website. I will have 2 mortgage advertising solutions: Mortgage rate posting or pay per lead. Means a mortgage broker can have his rates posted and whatever leads his web presence will generate this will be his traffic (monthly subscription) or he can pay for every lead generated from my website (shared with up to four brokers). If this can be resolved with one access database and one Login System that will be perfect. Right now I’m using Spooky Login Database. So I will need ASP scripting design, web design, (CSS Layout, mostly text for better SEO).
I need a template that looks good, very few graphics, fast and easier for SEO (text at the top of the page).
The web site has to be in functionality similar to:
[url removed, login to view] (without the ads and pop-ups)
[url removed, login to view]
[url removed, login to view]
[url removed, login to view] (the mortgage part)
[url removed, login to view]
Also if I’m satisfied with the Web Design of the Website then we probably will work on SEO. I need to finish in mid February.
Best Regards and Good Luck in bidding.
