Project Description

I run a small US web design firm, there is the possibility of future work if this project is completed to my satisfaction.

This job will require a confidentiality agreement signed and faxed.

You will build access databases with: item Name, thumbnail image number, item Number, Price, Thumbnail Description, Main Category, Subcategory, etc. (you will receive this in Excel Format).

I have built a sample catalog page with ASP Header and Footer, the header contains 9 main categories with drop down javascript navigation menus linking to 46 subcategories. I want you to use my ASP header and footer for every page of the catalog. I am building the website, I need YOU to build the catalog.

You will need to construct the catalog item pages for each of the 46 subcategories, which will have 12 thumbnails per page, there will be a total of 1100 (maximum) items throughout the 46 subcategories.

All thumbnail pages will need to pull from database: Item Name, Item Number, Price, Thumbnail Image Location, Main Category, Subcategory, and place on the correct subcategory pages. When a person clicks on a thumbnail a new page (using my ASP header and footer) will open displaying a medium size image and Large Description, from the access database. You will be able to click the Medium image a simple javascript window will open with the large image. All images will be stored in folders on the server, the database will only contain routes to the images.

The catalog will be similar to this, the header and footer are done just like this site:

[url removed, login to view]

NO ECOMMERCE, this will be a catalog for informational purposes!

I will need a backend page setup allowing me to upload new product images and information; also allowing me to delete old items.

Build time is limited please bid 6 days or less and speak ENGLISH.

I hope to find an honest, firm that has experience in ASP integration and Access database construction, I look forward to working with you.
