Project Description

WRITER WHO I ASSIGNED HAD FAILED TO PRODUCE IT LEAVES ONLY 15 HOURS TILL IT IS DUE. PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS AND TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT ALL OF THE ATTACHMENTS. ALSO I HAVE ATTACHED SAMPLES OF WHAT A GOOD DIGITAL STORY SHOULD BE LIKE.
I have a paper that was written in 2010 on the Chesapeake bay with the Problem statement as follows:
Has the State of Virginia’s agreed upon the plan to clean up the Chesapeake Bay by 2010 been effective enough to satisfy the EOA standards?

This paper needs to be updated to 2013 with the necessary changes. Changes such as new information substituted for old and an addition of new sources. I will provide the script for the digital story presentation that is also from 2010 but is a great script that just needs a little updating. All information is written and will be provided to you. All i ask is to go over it and change old irrelevant information with new info and create digital story presentation to go with the paper. As i mentioned earlier, i already have a script for the digital story i just need it to be worked into the digital story. Perhaps one can use some kind of voice software to make the narration sound professional for the digital story. If you have any questions as to this project please do not hesitate to ask me question. It is very important that all of the instructions are carefully understood. This project should be fairly easy as most of the information is provided. I will be attaching all the documents.
