A religious group is planning to set up a Printing press/publication firm in West Africa based on 2 likely models:
Partial: A clearing house model where the organisation do not invest in PRINTING MACHINES but only in logistics, design shop, warehouse. Printing will be done at bulk discount through a partner company- to be identified with agreed revenue share options.
Full option: Large scale investment in printing machines – this will either be through low-cost or premium options in respect of purchase of printing machine, Cost of Technology, Location, Warehousing/Logistics, Staff, Marketing etc.

TASK:
Develop a feasibility study of the various models: risk and opportunities vis-à-vis available local best practices and available opportunities to the religious organisation.
