Project Description

Only NORTH AMERICAN bids will be considered. Please provide examples of your work.

I am looking for a professional who possesses an MBA or related degree, and has the necessary skills and “start-up” experience to create a 5-year business plan, which can be used to pitch financial institutions and serve as a comprehensive roadmap to building this business successfully.

*As an inexperienced entrepreneur I'm looking for a provider who is willing to provide constructive feedback and advice.

The primary focus of our business will be ecommerce retail/wholesale of varied products. To increase sales directly and indirectly, our site will extend to social networking and various online services.

This will be a Canadian based business serving three major North American markets: Canada, United States and Mexico.

Our business plan should focus on each market individually so each phase can be managed independently, but brought together cohesively to understand the business as a whole.

You will be required to effectively research our industry in each market, provide a list of verifiable contacts of manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers including, but not limited to, our best options for services such as custom brokers, shipping, and more. A script will need to be created to effectively present this business plan with all the key features, how to present them, and answering foreseeable questions.
