I am looking for an excellent writer that can re-write a management article that I have pre-written.

The article has the following storyline and needs to be written for CIOs (Chief Information Officer). The following adjustments need to be done:
- English proof reading
- Grammar review

» Cloud computing has been implemented multiple times and brings not always the promised outcomes
» Experience shows that most of the times the organization is not adjusted to the new environment and therefore lacks the necessary capabilities to make the new operating model sustainable
» Literature says that clients just need to implement “cloud specific” roles to counteract that problem. Our experience has led us to the conclusion that that is not good enough. Clients do not understand the role concept and just link the new roles to their existing ones without making the necessary adjustments
» Our conviction is that the existing roles with a change in the behavioral patterns is the right approach to implement a cloud enabled IT organization. New roles do not succeed, but adjusted behavioral patterns do.
» Furthermore, we are convinced that an organization needs to concentrate on the five most crucial roles, rather than reorganizing the whole organization
» The enablement of the organization works not with pure training but rather with a mixture of coaching and work-shadowing.
» Nevertheless, clients need to be aware of common pitfalls that minimize the enablement effect. Some stress tests prevent those pitfalls.
