We have a FreePBX Asterisk server behind a pfSense hardware router on a 10MB symmetrical internet connection. Everything seem to be connected and setup properly, our close to 15 users all use hardwired Aastra handsets. I would like an experienced hand with narrowing down call quality issues that include bad echo, cross talk, delay when answering or call (outbound calls don't always hear it ring, and there's sometimes a delay with inbound and outbound calls when they are first answered). Our VOIP provider insists it's not an issue with their services.
