Project Description

I am looking for hiring someone who has skills with using Autodesk Revit Architecture. (Preferably 2010-2011).

Using the tools available to you in Autodesk Revit, you are required to design and model a medium sized mixed-use development to be located on the site provided, and in accordance with the brief that will also be provided.

The proposed development will consist of two (2) four story building with the first floor being retail and the top three floors being 1and 2 bedroom apartments from 600 square feet to 1,100 square feet. Each building will be an exact replica of each other with the front fa├žade being the only difference for the buildings. Both buildings will be about 300 feet in legenth and about 70 feet wide. All apartments will require a balcony. The two buildings will be on a 5 acre site facing each other with a street separating the two. There will be an apartment located on the front side and the back side of each building. However, the first floor will consist of retail on the front side only with entrances from both the front and back.

Requirements:

The Autodesk Revit File (including any files and objects).

One fully rendered view of the design (1200 x 800 pixels), saved as a JPEG file.

3-5 A1 drawing sheets (in landscape orientation) Must be saved correctly (in Revit) so that the they can be adjusted if needed and printed (they
must show a series of 2D extracted drawings - requirements will be given to you for this).

Client would like a front and back view of each building, a view of the street along with people walking and sitting up and down the front of the buildings as well as an aerial view of google earth with the existing landscape in the background.
I will try and attach some examples of what I'm looking for.
