3D Renderings for a holiday housing development in Cyprus

This project is for a proposed seaside development for 24 houses in Cyprus. There are three types of houses that are very similar, which are used throughout the development. The architectural drawings have finished and the architect had a local 3d modeller do a sample 3d rendering, which is unsatisfactory to the prestige image they want to portray. As a first part of the project you will be required to model one of the houses and provided you suceed the image quality the client requires then you will also be assigned the whole project. So this is for just ONE house. Please bid only if you feel that you can deliver. Attach you will find the image as prepared by the local 3d modeller. This project has also been assigned on another advertising agency. The client will make the final decision as to which agency will be selected to proceed with the promotion of the development.
