I am helping a client document their company's process procedures. They are a small distributor of industrial parts.
I have had detailed discussions with each department head and have the notes and overall flow of the work and functions and org charts for each dept
I need someone who is an expert in create SIMPLE process procedures and flow charts to help create proper and professional looking documentation.
The deliverables would include checklists, flow charts, processes, policies and procedures.
There are 7 departments: Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, IT and HR.
