Able to display jpg/gif
Include audio player on
Preview on top.

Display the image of any video in playlist as 640x360 (viewing size should always display 640x360 regardless of original frame size).
Resize the image of the jpg or gif to display fully within the 640x360 window (viewing size should always display 640x360 and exactly centered regardless of original image size -- so that Telestream's Desktop Presenter can pick it in center window/screen position.

Ability to slow down or speed up the playing of the video in the same way that the free VLC player can speed up or slow down the playback
with a current speed display showing below the picture area showing the playback speed and speed up on [ key and slow down on ] key in .1 increments and normal speed on = key (Whatever controls show outside the image of the video, must have the window design be equal all around the video viewing area so that the 640x360 display viewing area of the playing video or image centers exactly in the middle of the computer screen window on the monitor.

Again, the video display area should always be same size (640x360) and the display/viewing area should always be in the same exact place in the exact center of the computer window/screen (and the window area around the video/image viewing display area should be equal so that the viewing display area stays in the exact center of the whole monitor screen of the computer -- and again, that is so that Telestream's Desktop Presenter can pick it up by using the Center feature with its screen size set to 640 width x 360 height). This program should function well with Telestream's free Desktop Presenter (and if you could build the free Desktop Presenter application into this player, that would be a high-rating bonus).

Make this a complete custom player or a stripped down VLC player but make it do the above flawlessly. Could you also make it play an mp3 audio file with a blank or log screen.

Ask me ANY thing you think I may have forgotten or that may be unclear to you. This is a simplified version of an abandoned integrated player/teleprompter plan. I found an ope-source teleprompter that I'll want later modified later as a separate project by the programmer who does an outstanding job on this player!). You can see my original integrated design for this player (which includes all icons and graphics you could use for this) at: [url removed, login to view]

This is for a church and those who want to give something to God, can and should bid accordingly with giving to Him in mind -- but also with the idea in mind of receiving a reward for labor well done -- with a bonus being more future work and high ratings from us for outstanding work.

The player should be built so that it can be easily modified later to include title layovers or various logos (or include that in now for a bonus) and should be able to be easily modified for any other hair-brain ideas we may come up with later as an additional or new modification project.

The program should work on Windows XP or 7 or 8. Later, I may want a Mac version of it (so just keep that in mind that a modification project could flow from this for that and give me a separate price for that). And above all this program should work dependably, smoothly and be robust!
