I need an experienced WORD macro programmer to create a WORD macro for me. Following is a sample of 24 essays in one word document. Each essay has a Heading 3 header above it. For each essay (the text after each Heading 3 heading, but not the header itself), I select the text, copy it into a new Word document, and then run two macros on the text. First I run the macro WordFrequency1 which creates a new document. I copy all the results into an excel spreadsheet. If you look at the Sample Excel File to be [url removed, login to view] excel file, Columns A, B, D, E, G, H show how the information is put in (please also note that the first cell to identify the information contains the Heading 3 information plus a suffix such as :Word Freq1 or :Word Freq2 to indicate which column of the Word Frequency macro the information is from. The second macro I run on the essay contained in the new word document is the Start_SuperDoc macro. this macro opens up a dialog box where you have to press the Report button in order to get a new document with results. The information I need are the values for the following items:

Words, Characters, Paragraphs, Sentences, Sentences per Paragraph, Words per Sentence, Characters per Word, Flesch Reading Ease, and Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level

The Sample Excel File to be [url removed, login to view] excel file shows how the first three essays are produced. I would need this done for all the essays in the Essays-Feb [url removed, login to view] document based on the Heading 3 headings. Sometimes there may be 300 essays in the Essays-Feb [url removed, login to view] document.

If you cannot create an excel file, a TXT file is fine if I can paste the results into Excel and have the exact same column output as shown in the Sample Excel File to be [url removed, login to view] excel file. In the macro, I should be able to edit the macro to define the name and directory where the Excel (ortext) file should be placed.

I have included two .dot files in case you need them - the client's [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] which contains the SuperDoc macro.
