I want you to reverse engineer the file format used in Windows Live Messenger, also known as UIB. The file format is a binary representation of an XML file. Significant information can be provided from previous research, but is outdated as Windows Live Messenger has changed over the years. The final product wanted; Decompile UIB into human readable XML or similar and recompile back into UIB.
