Project Description

I have a small project that should take you at the most a few days to complete. Our client owns an architecture firm, and is looking to develop a custom architecture website. The attached file encloses the project scope of what our client is looking for in terms of design, layout, and functionality. The key thing for the website is simplicity, seamlessness, and most important, completing this website ASAP. Keeping cost low is always important to both us and our client, we feel like this project should be a fairly easy task.

Overall Project Overlook
The project needs to be simple that the client has the ability to change and add content on the fly. So developing the page in HTML/CSS/JQuery/Javascript, would probably be the best method to use. The layout is very simple, as well as the color scheme. The attached Mock-Up Designs should a good insight of what our client is looking for. The Intro Page is just using a standard photo-slider, only thing mainly needed is integrating the logo as a button (navigates to the homepage) once the transitions are complete. We need the design to clean, sharp, professional. Our goal is to have this website ready for our client by the starting of next week to use so they can update all the content needed.
As mentioned in the project requirements, the client has referenced [url removed, login to view], he likes the flow and functionality of the website and would like us to use this as point of reference.

First person to show me a working demo of the solution or at least part of it will proof to me they are capable and will win the bid.

Good luck
