Inroduction: This project is about designing and simulating a clock-driven quad-processor scheduler in an object-oriented manner. The scheduler consists of a multi-level job queue where each level follows a different scheduling algorithm viz. Priority, Shortest Job First (SJF) and First-come-first-serve (FCFS). These queues will be enqueued with PCBs. The PCBs can further be classified into Recurring and non-Recurring. These PCBs are generated randomly, based on the probability data provided in an input file. Goals: 1. Design a PCB Hierarchy 2. Design and implement a multilevel queue for scheduling the PCBs/jobs for one CPU. 3. Scale the design to a quad processor keeping it generic for any number of processors. 4. Use an event-driven algorithm to implement the multi-processor scheduling. 5. Implement the project using object-oriented design. 6. Document the design using UML diagrams. ****For more, look at doc file attached****

Dear sir, Basically, I am PhD student who works on developing Multi-path TCP (MPTCP) protocol. Obviously, there are many works have been done to improve MPTCP and many extensions have been proposed by researchers, however, none of them consider “Data Transmission of DVS Camera through MPTCP”. DVS stands for Dynamic Vision Sensing. Even though very few researchers tried to use MPTCP for DVS data transmission, the quality is bad, delay is occur and there is no proper energy efficiency. My job is to modify MPTCP to be able to transmit the data stream of the DVS camera with high quality and low latency (delay). I want you to help me with that using NS-3, I want result. Are you able to help me? Thanks Mohammed

Institutional asset manager looking for a programmer that can create a fixed income composite management and performance system. This platform would take market values, returns, and characteristics of composites and their underlying portfolios from an internal SQL server and enable staff to pull reports highlighting a variety of metrics. The interface within this program would allow the monitoring of accounts entering and leaving composites. Project timeline is one month and additional opportunities may exist to further build out the platform with enhancements. If you have any experience building such or related platforms, please describe it in your response. We are looking for programmers within the range of $25 to $100 per hour.

I would like to have a program developed that take the price for approximately 100 items at approximately 75 stores and compare that price against the same item at two other competitor stores. This price scrubbing program would need to provide prices for the like items (with different item or model numbers) from the three retail stores on a weekly basis. Our company would provide the store location, item description, item/model number and the internet URL for each item that we would need a price comparison for. The program would need to be designed in a way that we could easily add other items, other store locations, and additional comparison retail competitor stores. Our company can provide a template of the price shopping report that we would need to receive each week on Sunday before the week starts.

Basically I have just integrated Twilio with [url removed, login to view] (Cloud version). The main problem I have is that Twilio needs the number to be in international format in order to send out the texts, yet the Mautic mobile number field doesn't allow the + character to be used. I have been told this is a Mautic issue rather than Twilio. So need someone to help me fix it

I would like to build a lighting and camera rig for photometrics. The system would be required to remotely activate a series of approximately 40 LED lights, release shutters on approximately 100 cameras simultaneously, deactivate the lights and then activate a different series of 40 lights, then release camera shutters again. The end goal is to be able to capture 100 images of the subject in one lighting scenario, then another 100 images in the second lighting scenario as quickly as possible. The system has to controlled from a PC and have very low latency. Ideally I would like to be able to program the durations, activation times, shutter speeds etc. The more versatility the better. At this stage I am just looking for consulting to give me some ideas as to how this might be best achieved, and to point me in the right direction for getting started. Freelancers in Brisbane are preferred. Thanks
