Project Description

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED and creative writer to write Craigslist ads for us to use at a later time. We are very much looking for someone who can think outside of the box!

This is a rather large project, as we need approximately 368 ads written, but they are not terribly long ads, and they will be for different apartment complexes and units types. (1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, different cities, ect)

We have a very specific format as to how we need these ads written. They will need to be be submitted to us in an MS Word format. We will provide an example of the specific ad format to you. We will also provide detailed information on each apartment community via our existing websites.

- Each ad will be 1-2 paragraphs long, with added bullet-points of apartment features and amenities. (these are provided on our websites.)
- Each ad MUST be different.
- Each ad will contain a unique or catchy title that will make the user want to click on the ad for more details.
- Each ad will contain the required URL, phone number, and pasted numerical code. (we will provide the numerical code)

The goal of each ad is to be as different sounding as possible.. and really SELL the apartment and entice the user to take further action by calling, emailing, ect. We want to place a sense of urgency, as most units do not last long.

Also, if the property has good reviews online (via Yelp, [url removed, login to view], Google+, ect) we can cite those ratings in the ads as well, and even link to them.

Any other creative selling ideas are always welcome.

Must be exceptionally fluent in English. Native speakers preferred.

We'll be selecting a writer very soon.
