I am looking for a native English speaker to write a research paper on call centers.

If you are worried about the ethical implications about what you are writing and if I will be using it to better my grade in some telecommunications course, don't worry. The final result of your project will be used to create a very informative website on the subject.

I am looking for a paper that is very well organized and easily lends itself to website creation. Think of each section you write to be pages in a site & offshoots of those pages will be sub pages. For example:

1. introduction to call centers (what is a call center)
2. history & early days
3. evolution of the technology
4. typical uses
5. outsourcing & public opinion
6. etc.

Everything needs to be in your own words & your own voice. I am not looking for any copy & pasted work or spun website content. I need information that will trump the wikipedia page on the subject.

Sources are fine but there can be no paraphrasing or direct quotes & all sources must be properly cited.
