I need a person whose English is FLUENT and preferably has a UK or USA accent. You will be responsible for picking up a phone call or dialling back to customers at various time. At the moment we're still small, so you will make only about 10 calls a day maximum. Everybody who calls will be a customer interested in a service that we provide, the only thing that you will be responsible for is explaining steps involved. Each call will take no longer than 10-15min and you will be paid €5 per each call. This is a great project for anyone who is flexible and adaptable. You will be able to make/accept a call from wherever you are and work on other projects you may have.

You'll be able to handle difficult clients (and their complaints) when escalated and also manage to retain clients when they're considering cancellation of the service... You'll run regular scheduled Team Meetings and interact with the rest of the Virtual Team as and when needed...
