We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our German websites:

This is a position working from home, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. The position will last for 2-3 months, we'd like to offer a full-time position like we do usually (you can see our other job posts) but for this case we are just filling a temporary shortage of personnel. There still might be opportunities to work for us in the future, for example if we have another shortage and you have already worked with us, we will contact you first, or if we create a full time, long term position, we will also contact people who have previously worked with us.

You will deal with requests from our customers by e-mail through our ticketing system. We will have several detailed training sessions to instruct you how to deal with different requests, and you will have a mentor/point of contact assigned in our office dedicated to solve any problems that you may encounter during your work.

For this work we will pay 850US$ per month, this is what you will get net after freelancer.com fees, so we will be paying you something extra to cover the fees and possibly an upgraded membership if that turns out to be cheaper. Payments will be released on the 15th of the next month, so for example for your work in June, you will receive your salary on the 15th of July (it could be one or two days late if the 15th falls on a weekend).
