Hi, I have approximately 3000 - 4000 business cards from which I want to create a database in excel. I need this database urgently (within 4 days of beginning). I am looking for an agency/ person to execute this project reliably, The excel file should contain following fields, 1) Full Name 2) Job Title 3) Company 4) Address 5) Country/Region 6) Department 7) Business Phone 8) Business Phone 1 9) Business Fax 10) Home Phone 11) Mobile Phone 12) E-mail 13) WEBSITE My requirements are as below, A) Excel needs to be formatted & there needs to be consistency in cell formats B) Accuracy of Data Captured C) Timely completion of the project D) Each card is in different format so it is very important to capture all the details (on front as well as back-side of the card) I would like to have a trial to assess the work before going for the final project.
