I have a database of 60 clients I would like to send letters on a periodic basis (have not decided how frequently). I am looking at somebody mail merging the letters for me.
This is how it would work.
You would require to gather this information first.
The information consists of:
Maybe another 3-5 fields
I would send through the letter with the fields that need to be merged. The letters are sent back to me after the mail merge.
The merging might also be emails which might require fewer merge fields.
With the envelopes it would be a straight forward merge but there might be personalized headings or other text in form of a headline, an offer, etc which would be printed on the envelopes.
I would prefer the letter coming back to me in Word.
