I am interested in receiving a quotation from you.

Our small business needs a single small project transferring a customer printout to a spreadsheet. To transcribe records from a paper printout (which I would provide as a scanned pdf copy) into an excel spreadsheet.

The entire document is as follows:

3 columns. 3174 lines.

Each line needs to be formatted as follows (example given)

Paper version:

into spreadsheet

It is possible that the document could be OCR however the quality is not that good. So I think it would require careful transcription. The font is quite small so extra care is needed because of the possible confusion between "i", "l" and "1" for example.

My needs are that the data entry be completely accurate and that the customer information be treated with complete confidentiality. You will need to say in your bid how you would manage these issues.

Please advise your costs and ability to take on this project. A good job may result in a second similar sized project being offered.

(Note, expect that this would approximately 17 hours to complete based on 20 seconds per record entry).
