We are a fully functional, fully equipped call center located in one of the most diverse areas of Florida and boast a staff that is just as diverse with multilingual skills that allow us to reach a large cross section of the population. Our agents are trained and experienced in several capacities including customer service, collections, and sales for a number of products.. We are looking for campaigns ranging from 10-20 seats with capacity to grow further. We have agents, space, equipment, and telephony and IT services in place. Previous call center experience related to claims/collections/customer service/sales and general inquiries. Was at supervisory level at call center. Able to provide superior customer service with empathy, consumer driven and deescalating properties. Typing speed minimum is 80 wpm. Self motivated and directed. Able to work flexible hours and would be dedicated from home to provide your clients with superior service without sacrificing quality. Data entry and medical transcription background as well.
