I am looking for providers that are experienced doing Real Estate BPO's (BROKER PRICE OPINIONS) . We will start with a (10) orders job. However eventually this could easily turn out to be a long term relationship where you could be doing (10) or more on a daily basis. WE HAVE THE CAPABILITY OF GETTING AS MANY AS WE WANT< BUT WE NEED TO FIRST PROVE THAT THE VOLUME CAN BE [url removed, login to view] need to show you are capable and reliable. Almost any BPO assignment is very time sensitive
You should be experienced in minimally in the data entry side of BPO's. Which means that you will be given a total of (6) comparable properties and you will be entering these (6) comparables one by one into the BPO form. MLS experience is helpful however not required.
*****If you know how to pull comps this is a big bonus. In fact you will be paid more. But dont say you know how unless you really really know how because you will be tested on it first before we have you doing it.
So here is how the process would go:
We would email the Address of the assignment order-This is also called the "subject property"
We would also email you the (6) MLS numbers that support the value for the subject property.
We would also email you the "Subject Property" photos.
You would do the following:
-First pull the property up on our tax records data site and input appropriate data on BPO form(We will tell u what)
-Take the (6) MLS numbers and find the properties on MLS.
-Enter the data from each comparable(6) total on to the BPO form
-As you enter the data from each comparable you will also attach the photo from that particular comparable on to the BPO form.
Once you do that your done.
It take several orders till you get use to the particular vendors form that we work with. However once you get the hang of it, you will probably be able to do each assignment in 30-45 minutes. Some may be able to use "roboforms" and autopopulate the "known" data and do in 20 minutes. We will give you a template to go off of so u know what the "standard" data should always be.
**We posted a similar job posting before and got a suprising number of providers that responded many of which already had Real Estate BPO experience. So this time we are asking only those that have experience doing Real Estate BPO's to respond.
When responding please do the following:
Indicate your experience
Give names of the BPO companies you have worked for
Indicate if you have more than 1 person that can work with you. This is not required but we want to know that as the volume goes up if you can expand or we need to hire another.
Bid for 10 BPO Assignment-What is your price for each BPO you do?....than multiply that by 10 for your bid price-
Indicate the experience you have pulling comparables. If none...dont worry its okay
