Database collection

We want to develop a database from an existing website, according to following procedure: - We will provide you with a excel file of business names and contact numbers - We will provide instruction for you to access a website with their open database - You will need to go through the excel file and match the business name on the website, and send an email inquiry to each (The website has a contact form to send the inquiry) - When the business reply your inquiry, you will have their email address. Match the business name and save the email into the Excel file. - You will need to connect to the website by a VPN which will provide you with a USA IP address - You will need to create email address in order to receive the emails from the businesses - This process shall be repeated for approximately 300,000 contacts and final product shall be an excel file with Email contact for each company. - As a test of your performance, this project is only for the first 10,000 emails acquired. If performance is good, you will be awarded the rest of the project. Please bid for the first 10,000 emails only. - Please include "HSJD83FJ" in your response in order to show that you went through the details thoroughly. - Payment terms shall be as follows: o 10% after reception from our side of excel file with 1000 contacts o 40% after reception from our side of excel file with 5000 contacts o 50% after reception from our side of requested excel file with full supplier’s contact list (5000).
